INTRODUCTION
SIMAX is a web portal designed to visualise the measurement data stored in IMR Server. The application enables to organize the data in the context of selected distributor and gives the user access to a wide variety of management tools such as: management of locations and assigned devices or on-line access to database.
STARTING THE APPLICATION
SIMAX is an application available from web browser. To open the portal simply enter the web address, introduce your username and password and click Login.
Our application works in all common web browsers.
SELECTING DISTRIBUTORS
In order to display all data assigned to the selected distributor click the icon with the name of logged-in user and select the distributor from the list. Then click Apply.
ADDING NEW DISTRIBUTORS
In Distributors tab all data concerning distributors are introduced.
Click + icon and enter the data in add new distributor window. Once the data has been entered and saved, the new distributor is registered in the system.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Show Preview - click to see the preview of the item selected from the list.
Set Map Position - click to see the location on the map and set the position of the map.
Auto Fitting Column - click to automatically adjust column width to its content.
Show Details - select the item in the table and click the icon to see its detailed data.
Add - click to add a new item in particular modules (e.g creating a new location, adding users or distributors).
Edit - select the position from the list and click the icon to edit its data.
Selection - click to choose one of available selection modes.
Refresh
Import - click to import data from excel file
Export - click to export data to excel file
Column Chooser - here you can decide which columns are to be displayed on the screen and decide on their order. Simply click the icon and check/uncheck the name of the column.
LOCATIONS
In this view the list of locations assigned to a particular distributor is displayed. Here you can overview the devices assigned to the location, check its address data and most recent measurements. Click the map icon to see all locations displayed on the map.
Double click the location or select the location and click Show Details icon to see the detailed data arranged in available tabs:

* Assigning the location to a selected group
* Adding or removing the device to/from the location
* Adding or removing the meter to/from the location
* Position of the location on the map
* Detailed parameters of the location
Measurements
* Selection of available data types
* Overview of data from selected time period
* Data displayed regarding the location, device or the meter
* Data organised in columns or rows
* Data export to .xlsx file
History
* Archive data concerning the operations performed in selected location.
ADDING AND EDITING THE LOCATION
ADDING A NEW LOCATION:
Click Add icon +, enter the data and confirm with Apply button.
EDITING THE LOCATION:
Select the location from the list and click Edit icon.
REMOVING THE LOCATION:
Double click the location in Locations module and click Remove icon.
DEVICES
Here the list of all telemetry devices installed at the customer's location is displayed. In this module you can edit the data concerning the device and check its details.
Double click the device or select the device and click Show Details icon to see the detailed data arranged in available tabs:

EDITING THE DEVICE
Select the device from the list and click Edit icon. You can also double click the device and change its parameters in Common tab. To confirm the introduced changes click Apply.
METERS
In this module the list of all meters assigned to telemetry devices is displayed.
Double click the meter or select the meter and click Show Details icon to see the detailed data arranged in available tabs:

ADDING AND EDITING THE METER
ADDING NEW METERS:
Click Add + icon, enter the necessary data and click Apply.
EDITING THE PARAMETERS OF EXISTING METERS:
Select the meter from the list and click Edit icon. After changing the data click Apply to confirm.
REMOVING THE METER:
Double click the meter in Locations module and click Remove icon.
